My skin and my hair have always been a huge mirror for my health.

As soon as your bundle arrives, you can start. No special moment needed, your first cup of ROOT & BLOOM is day 1. Plan your wash days into the schedule and you’re ready to go.
We recommend using only the products from the bundle during the 21 days. Other shampoos or conditioners can slow down the repair process.
The shampoo bar, conditioner, and elixir are safe to use. For the ROOT & BLOOM herbal tea, we recommend consulting your doctor or midwife first, since herbs can have a strong effect and this differs per situation.
The shampoo bar and conditioner bar each last on average 2 to 3 times longer than a regular shampoo. In other words, plenty for the treatment and the weeks after. The elixir also lasts a long time; a little goes a long way. So you can simply keep using them after day 21. The tea treatment itself should be finished by the end of the treatment.
