Warranty
We care about our products and naturally do our best to deliver them to you in perfect condition. Nevertheless, it may occasionally happen that an order is damaged during transport or that something else occurs which allows you to make a claim under the warranty. Legally, you are required to report the defect to us within two months of discovering it. If the defect falls within the scope of the warranty, we will take care of repair or replacement free of charge.
Complaints
It can always happen that something does not go entirely as planned. We recommend that you first make your complaint known to us by emailing hello@munay-ki.com.
