Orders are shipped within 2 business days.
For orders over €50, no shipping costs are charged. We work together with DHL to deliver your package to you in a CO₂-neutral way.

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after the day of receipt. After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return your product. You will then be refunded the full order amount, including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning the product from your home to the webshop are at your own expense. Please consult your carrier’s website for the applicable rates.

To be eligible for a return, the Munay-Ki product must be unused, unopened, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Any defects or damages should be reported to us immediately after receiving your order via email.

If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered accessories and—if reasonably possible—in its original condition and packaging. If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than necessary to sell the product, we may charge you for the resulting depreciation in value. Therefore, please handle the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returning it.

We begrijpen dat jouw hoofdhuid tijd nodig heeft om te wennen. Daarom geldt voor al onze shampoo bars een retourperiode van 30 dagen – ook als het product al geopend of gebruikt is.

Niet tevreden? Geen probleem.
Stuur je shampoo bar binnen 30 dagen na ontvangst retour en we storten het aankoopbedrag terug. Dit geldt voor maximaal één shampoo bar per persoon.

Hoe werkt het?
Stuur een e-mail naar hello@munay-ki.com met je ordernummer en de reden van retour. We reageren binnen twee werkdagen met verdere instructies. De retourkosten zijn voor eigen rekening.

Zodra we het product retour hebben ontvangen, storten we het bedrag binnen 14 dagen terug op de rekening waarmee je hebt betaald.
