Orders are shipped within 2 business days.
For orders over € 50 in NL, no shipping costs are charged. For orders over €50 in BE, only € 5,40 shipping costs are charged.
We work together with DHL to deliver your package to you in a CO₂-neutral way.

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after the day of receipt. After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return your product. You will then be refunded the full order amount, including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning the product from your home to the webshop are at your own expense. Please consult your carrier’s website for the applicable rates.

To be eligible for a return, the Munay-Ki product must be unused, unopened, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Any defects or damages should be reported to us immediately after receiving your order via email.

If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered accessories and—if reasonably possible—in its original condition and packaging. If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than necessary to sell the product, we may charge you for the resulting depreciation in value. Therefore, please handle the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returning it.

To make use of this right, you can contact us via hello@munay-ki.com. We will then refund the amount due within 14 days after your return has been registered, provided that the product has already been received back in good order.

We understand that your scalp needs time to adjust. That’s why all our shampoo bars come with a 30-day return period, even if the product has already been opened or used.

Not satisfied? No problem.

Return your shampoo bar within 30 days of receiving it and we’ll refund your purchase amount. This applies to a maximum of one shampoo bar per person.

How does it work?

Send an email to hello@munay-ki.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll respond within two business days with further instructions. Return shipping costs are at your own expense.

Once we receive the product back, we’ll process your refund within 14 days to the payment method used for your order.
